Windows defender with Sophos Endpoint problem

Hello,

I experienced a problem with Sophos Endpoint on Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Defender started reporting multiple false-positives - which is why we disabled MS defender but with doing that, Sophos Endpoint also stopped working. Problem was temporarily fixed so Endpoint started working again but now updating stopped. Anyone else experienced similar problem ? if so what was the solution to this ?

    Hi Zophos Zop,

    I am not sure how disabling MS defender would conflict with Sophos update. Can you shed some light on how you fixed the initial issue (Sophos Endpoint getting stopped)? Also, please share the alc.log & autoupdate.log from C:\ProgramData\Sophos\AutoUpdate\Logs\ it might provide some additional information.
