Does the full scan console at the client receive relevant information? In addition to poisoning information.

  • Hello Jacky Tu,

it's not clear from your short question what this relevant information should be. By poisoning information you mean threats detected?
Last but not least - does client refer to the on-premise or Central managed version?

  • Dear QC

I want the client to perform the full scan, but I can't set the schedule scan through the console.

My question is what message can be seen on the main console when the client enables full scan.

For example: Execution scan date, scan status?

  • Hello Jacky Tu,

    the console
on-premise (SEC) or Central? Why can't you set a scheduled scan - as this either console supports this?

AFAIK scans initiated or scheduled locally aren't reported to the console. Of course alerts about detected threats and errors are sent.
