Email request to login using SophosID. Scam?

Hello. I use Sophos for Linux Basic in my server. On 18th March I received an email from news@sophos.com requesting me to login with my Sophos ID to avoid a password reset. I tried to login and it will email me a 2FA code to my email. However, the sender of this 2FA code email is not sophos, but msnonlineservicesteam@microsoftonline.com . Is this really an email from Sophos?

 The above email address may be for any of Microsoft's online service. Sophos MFA is responsible for the Sophos Central access and that should be sent from d*********ly@c******.sophos.com. For Sophos ID login, please go to this link and sign in which will not ask you for the MFA.
