Data Loss Prevention Policies - How to configure alerts to not generate a new alert for the same event in specified amount of time

Thanks for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum.

The same detection isn’t displayed all the time when you do the same action several times within a short time. Only one event will be generated in such a case. In answer to your query, currently, there are no such settings/configurations to set a specific amount of time to get rid of emails/alerts getting flooded when you get the same detection alerts.

Hence, I kindly request that you contact your Sophos account manager to raise a feature request so that it can be implemented in the future. If you are not sure about your account manager, please send me a direct message, and I can share their details with you.
