one of our costumers have Windows 10 Professional with Intercept X in use. On all 30 computers, the blocking of USB mass storage devices worked until a few weeks ago . We have also not changed or reconfigured anything in the portal. However, for a few weeks now, the blocking no longer works (on any of the systems).
There is also no error message or the like. The policies are also all applied and set to "ON".
Does anyone have the error too? I'm really a bit desperate because it doesn't work out overnight!

Using the Endpoint Self Help Tool, you can see under "Management Communication" when a device successfully communicated with Sophos Central. In addition, are there also any exemptions in place under this policy?I look forward to your reply. Thank you.
