Cannot Login on Sophos Central Admin Dashboard

Hi guys, my client cannot login to her sophos admin account in her desktop/mobile but when I try to login my account in her desktop I can login. But when she tries to login her account it goes only whitescreen. I already tried clearing cache the browser but still cannot login.

    Did you try to log in and check with another browser? Also, just to be sure, try and check if she is able to login from another machine/device? If it is the same issue, then I would suggest you contact our customer care team they can help you with this issue. 

     

     

    Yes, we already tried to login with another browser but she still can't login. She is able to login in other device but that device is remoted from their office because currently she is working from home. But when she tries to login in other device within her house she can't login. But I can login my account in her device/machine. I already sent a ticket your customer care team.
