Adding an Admin level user in Sophos Central

I have manually added a user in Sophos Central and set him up as an admin.  He received an email with a "Setup my password" link.

When he clicks that link it takes him to a login page with no option to setup a password.

We tried the "Forgot your password?" link and it never sends an email to the user.

Any ideas?

    Thanks for the details and the screenshot. I believe you are not landing on the right page or getting redirected for some reason. Ideally, once you hit the 'Set up my password' it should take you to the below page.

    Can you check if the email address is already registered with the Central account? Also, Can you try 'forgot my password' option and see if you get an email to reset the password?
