What does "Business Files" affected mean in the Sophos RCA cases in the Central Admin console? HOW does Sophos determine that its a business file? What method does it use? We found that several JPEG files were marked as business files.

What does a "Business File" mean to Sophos in the Sophos RCA cases in the Central Admin console? Just HOW does Sophos determine that its a business file? What method does it use? We found that several JPEG files were marked as business files. Is this a "David Blaine" version of Sophos which magically determines any random file as a business file?

    Hi G33k,

    If you go to your Dashboard --> Endpoint Protection --> Root Cause Analysis 
    Open one, click on Artifacts 
    Click on Business Files 
    You will see a list of any detected ones, along with their location and information (hoover mouse over them, or click on them) .

    I will reach out to the team to see what else I can find about what constitutes a business file and get back to you.
