Escaneo en tiempo real: no ---- real time-scan failed

Hola a todos, me encuentro que tengo varios equipos que aparecen en el infome de equipos con la opcion de "escaneado en tiempo real" como no, con lo que no se está ejecutando.

 

Como puedo solucionarlo?

 

He probado a instalar y desinstalar pero sigue igual

    Acabo de solucionarlo de la siguiente manera:

    1. Desactivar protección contra manipulaciones desde sophos.central.com
    2. Cambiar el nombre al PC
    3. Eliminarlo de sophos.central.com
    4. Desinstalar
    5. Reiniciar
    6. Instalar de nuevo
    El pc se detecta como uno nuevo y se activó todo correctamente.

    1. Disable tamper protection from sophos.central.com
    2. Change the name to the PC
    3. Remove it from sophos.central.com
    4. Uninstall
    5. Restart
    6. Install again
    The pc is detected as a new one and everything was activated correctly.
