Some Sophos services are not running

We are testing Big Sur on both-  mac with Intel/ and M1 l hardware.

We keep getting alerts that some services are not running:

Sophos Scan legacy,

Crypto Guard legacy,Web Intelligent legacy.

We are enrolled in the Big Sur EAP with the devices added.

We have removed and re added the computers to EAP list multiple times.

Full Disk access, Files and folder, and Accessibility have all Sophos components with a checkmark

We are not prompted for system extensions as noted here:

Please advise next step for troubleshooting.

    Seeing alerts for legacy components on Big Sur indicates that 10.0.2 isn't yet installed as those are required for Catalina and below. That would also explain the lack prompt for system extensions.

    It can sometimes take a few minutes for a machine to update after being assigned to the EAP. If you've waited longer than this and have not seen the endpoint update to version 10.0.2 could you please provide an SDU and we can take a look. You can upload this as follows:

    • Go into Central, find the device, and click on the generate SDU button
    • Once the sdu is uploaded, post the file name here so we can extract it and take a look
