Some Sophos services are not running

Hi,

Seeing alerts for legacy components on Big Sur indicates that 10.0.2 isn't yet installed as those are required for Catalina and below. That would also explain the lack prompt for system extensions.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for a machine to update after being assigned to the EAP. If you've waited longer than this and have not seen the endpoint update to version 10.0.2 could you please provide an SDU and we can take a look. You can upload this as follows:

Also seeing that EAP does not appear to be pushing 10.0.2 to our clients added.  Only seeing 10.0.1.  We have waited for over 1 week.  Is there something on the Sophos back end that needs to be triggered?

The SDU hasn't arrived yet but I'll keep an eye out for it.

Have you joined the EAP and assigned macs to it? The update should happen automatically once machines are assigned.

Thanks for asking- yes we are EAP joined and our Big Sur macs have been added to the list.  Unfortunately we are not seeing the update for any machine.

That is odd.

Unfortunately the SDU didn't arrive, I'm not sure why that would be. Would you be able to run it again, or generate it manually and share with OneDrive or DropBox (or your preferred file sharing method).
