Real Time Protection disabled

We are facing this issue for some users and have found no clear instruction/resolutions on how to solve this. We do have Macs updated to Big Sur in the whole company (including mine) but only 2-3 users are facing this issue. 

'Real Time Protection Disabled' is the name of the alert and I already uninstalled and reinstalled the Sophos Endpoint on the affected user's machine. I see a lot of users are facing this issue but could not get a set of clear instructions anywhere on how to proceed.
