Symptoms:
1) Can’’’’t e-file
Two different error messages:
- An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server cannot be made.
- Due to unexpected Internet transmission problems beyond our control, your returns were NOT received by the Intuit Electronic Filing Center. You should re-file your returns now.
2) Can’’’’t check e-file status
Disabling Sophos Anti-Virus did not solve the problem, uninstalling with the Sophos removal tool allows TurboTax to file and check filing status.
