I get Threat Detected Alert, Trojan Listed, Nothing to Clean Up, Threat Disappears (Troj/DocDI-BEE, Troj/DocDI-BJD)

Hello, this keeps happening. I hope someone can tell me that this is either something

  • I need to pay attention to, or
  • it's nothing and it's fine, and
  • how do I keep it from happening again?

Here is what happens:

  1. Threat Detected Notification
  2. I Open QM
  3. QM Shows Threat on Left Side but no Locations
  4. Threat Disappears

    I hava the same thing going on with Troj/DocDi-nvg.

    Running Sophos Home Edition 9.6.6 on OS-X 10.11.6

    Hi Justin, 

    From the screenshot, I see that the threat detected has been removed and that is why you don't see the location or any details on this page. And about the repetitive notification, I think it is caused due to a program running in the background, Did you recently download an application online? Do you see this notification when you open any particular application?
