Virus fragment 'Piter-708' found in file /snap/core/...

Hello,
running a full scan with SAV for Linux (command: "sudo savscan -f /"), the AV returns

">>> Virus fragment 'Piter-708' found in file /snap/core/....
Aborted checking /snap/core/.... - appears to be a 'zip bomb'"

The file is a file type : Link to program crash data (application/x-core)
Link target is : /proc/kcore
Size is : 140,7 TB

Is it possible this thing ?

  • Hello

"zip bombs", usually take the form of innocent-looking archive files that, when unpacked in order to be scanned, require enormous amounts of time, disk space, or memory.

It is possible that the archive may contain file(s) that have a malicious signature, hence it was detected.
