Sophos UTM Home Edition

Ich möchte Sophos UTM Home Edition versuchen als Firewall einzusetzen. Aktuell beziehe ich das Internet über einen LTE Router und greife mit meinen Geräten (Laptop, Handy, Smart TV, Chromecast) über WLAN darauf zu. So wie ich die Anforderungen verstanden habe wird ein Rechner mit 2 oder mehr Netzwerkkarten benötigt.

Die Frage die sich aktuell für mich stellt ist ob ich Sophos UTM Home Edition nutzen kann da ich über WLAN und nicht über LAN das Internet beziehe. Im LTE Router ist bereits schon eine Firewall vorhanden

    Hello Roland,

    As you are are using Sophos UTM, you would need to setup a separate Wireless network to the LAN side of the UTM and would need to allow WAN interface of the UTM to be connected to LTE router via RJ45 connection. 

    If you connect to the LTE router directly the traffic would not go through the firewall.
