Sophos Home (Windows) - Annoying - You're 1 year in to your free Sophos Home Licence popup

In Windows 10 - I get this popup every hour or it feels like that and I haven't found a way of stopping this popup from appearing.

Does anyone have an idea how I can stop it?

Hi, the pop up was about using the free version for the year and why not upgrade to the premium version. It was so annoying that i purchased it in the end.
