Im after some help please - I have Google Nexus Tablet and loaded Free version of Sophos on to it over 4 years ago (dont use it much but decided that Id go into it)
As such I have forgotten the password!!
When I enter email into homepage and forgotten email I dont receive anything (i have tried the 3 different emails that I had at the time) I cant uninstall as its asking for my password - I cant get into settings its asking for my password - I cant update as its asking for my password- im just going round in circles!!!
I contacted chat box on Sophos home page and she said that they had a new updated version and wasnt sure about the old version but suggest that I contact people in the community
