Computer is Vulnerable: Web Protection Disabled

Okay so the icon is orange, I figured that looked wrong, so I clicked it, it said "Computer is Vulnerable: Web Protection Disabled" I clicked the link to "enable" it takes me to my dashboard at sophos which shows the toggle for web protection is turned on.

I tried to do a manual scan, it never finished in 2 days. This is sophos Free, does anybody know what is going on?

I have the same issue. I've had the orange shield for months. It used to be green. When I open Sohpos, all settings are toggled on, just like the OP describes. I just installed Mohave today. How do I reinstall the client software?

Hi Fermaint Rios,

Can you please try steps mentioned in this KBA on uninstalling Sophos Home and the install it again to see if you are again facing the same issue?
