secure workspace 8.5 doesn't decryt files previously encrypted

version 8.5 recently released for Android 7 doesn't decrypt files previously crypt with version 8.1 on Moto G5s plus.

I'm sure that password is correct, it worked perfectly till few days ago before updating to version 8.5. Now it just keeps stating "wrong passphrase ..."

Please help.

May I know if the Secure Workspace is Managed by Sophos Mobile, Can you share us some screenshots?

I have NOT installed sophos mobile, my option was to install just the secure workspace app. I'm attaching the app info screen-capture in the hope it may be useful to identify the product.
