how to block windows update in cyberoam 1000ing-XP

Dear friends, 
 I would like to block windows update in cyberoam 1000ing-XP because there are multiple sites which are available for windows update and all of them to be block and I want to allow some specific IP address as well and iam new to cyberoam so I need the steps or guide.

Hi Asadullah , 
 
 In application filter , you would need to block application BITS . If you check your Reports you would notice that BITS would take a large bandwidth .

By blocking application BITs so does this block windows update .
