High Sierra 10.13.4 (latest update) places Sophos free anti-virus protection in an incompatible software folder and does not give an allow option.

Installed High Sierra, 10.13.4 on my Macbook pro. It no longer gives an allow option, it just places Sophos in an incompatible software folder. Is there a way to use both Sophos freeware and High Sierra 10.13.4? Many thanks for your help.

Hi Richard,

Just to confirm, you were using Sophos Anti Virus on your Mac machine and upgraded to High Sierra while Sophos AV is still present on the machine right?

Hi Richard,

Yes, Please try uninstalling and reinstalling Sophos AV and that should fix the issue.
