I ran a scan through Sophos and removed all bad files but still get these pop up ads from a bad QR scanner app I downloaded a bit ago. Any other steps I need to take?

Hi Jeff,
Please help me with the following:
1. Do you still have the QR scanner app on your machine?
2. Which Sophos product are you using?

Hi Jeff,
When exactly do you see this pop-up? Do you see this pop-up when you use any particular app?

Hi Jeff,
Please uninstall Mobile security and check if you see the pop-up ads.

Hi Jeff,
I don't think it's a malware it is probably the ad that you would see while using the free apps, I suggest you to check all the other apps in your device, maybe one of them is running in the background which is throwing the ad popups.
