it has expired but I'm having trouble taking the software off my computer so I still need to access this site to fix the problem.

Please help me with the following:

1. What is the Operating system on your computer?

If it is Mac machine refer the article Uninstalling Sophos Home on Mac computers.

2. Are you unable to remove the software from 1 machine or more than one machine?
