SafeGuard 6.0.0.1 Uninstall Error - Temporary File

Question

Received the attached error when attempting to uninstall SafeGuard 6.00.1 from a Windows 7 Enterprise machine in order to upgrade to Windows 10 and install SafeGuard 7. After uninstalling the client itself, the decryption process started and finished without issue. I was also able to uninstall the preinstall. The client configuration is the only thing giving an issue. 
 
 Thoughts?

 Please ensure you are uninstalling the package in the order as shown below: 
 1. Configuration package 
 2. Client package 
 3. Pre-install Package.

 Error: 1336 is not specific to Safeguard it is either the installation program is damaged, or more likely a third party app is preventing it running correctly (eg: third party maintenance utilities or security software). Try a clean boot and then uninstalling. let me know if this helps resolve the issue.
