Use SG Encryption with VPN and Windows Remote Desktop

Hello,

thank you in advance for your help!

We have SafeGuard En terprise since 1 Month. Now some of the users, p.e. the ceo and cfo, want to work from home.

We know, that terminal server is not supported from Safe Guard Enterprise.

So our idea is, that the users connect trough VPN to their desktop pc's in the company and then they can work over their own desktop pc.

How can we realize that?

We use the file encryption for our network drives and the registration option is "Token only".

Is there a possibility, that the token will be recognized on my desktop pc in the company while i am at home and just connected via vpn and remote desktop?

Sorry for my bad english - if something is not clear, you're welcome to ask - and thanks for your help.

Regards

Christoph

    Hey Christoph,

Personally I would be giving the staff encrypted laptops to work from that they can take home and connect into the office with via VPN.

If they have to leave their machines in the office and Remote In then they will need to do so without token login.
