Safeguard Easy Windows 8.1

Hi Dave,

I'm going to hazard a guess that you're using Windows 8.1 RT (or failing that Windows 8.1 Core) - neither of these versions come with BitLocker.
If that's the case, you'll need to upgrade to Windows 8.1 Pro / Enterprise for this to work.

Thanks, so Sophos Safeguard with 8.1 and above requires bitlocker to be on the machine first? It works in conjunction with bitlocker rather it's only separate encryption?
