Safeguard Easy Windows 8.1

Question

Hi folks, 
 We have two Dell Venue Tablets running Windows 8.1 with a 32 bit OS 
 We are using Safeguard Easy 7.0 
 I tried to install Safeguard on the tablet. It looked to install ok until it rebooted and prompted me to enter a PIN for the Bitlocker encryption. It rejected the PIN and said I need to update the OS of my system. 
 This is now in an infinite loop. 
 
 Is there a way I can install Sophops without it requesting an OS upgrade?

Hi Dave, 
 I'm going to hazard a guess that you're using Windows 8.1 RT (or failing that Windows 8.1 Core ) - neither of these versions come with BitLocker. If that's the case, you'll need to upgrade to Windows 8.1 Pro / Enterprise for this to work.
