Hi 
 I have a machine displaying Workstation Locked with a Challenge/Response request. This is a legacy machine with data that is now needed . We no longer operate Sophos and thus are unable to generate a Response Key!!! Any possible solutions to this problem? Can I obtain a 'one-off' key if I were able to validate my legitimacy? 
 I have tried slaving the drive but it isn't recognised - apart from the opportunity to format it.

Hi Peter Davies 
 If you have removed your Safeguard Management Center from your environment, you'll not be able to unlock the server, unfortunately. As Safeguard keys generated in your environment gets stored on your local database which was created at the time of setup of Safeguard Management Center. 
 Slaving drive option will also not help you in this matter as Safeguard is already removed from your environment.
