Status of SafeGuard appear with red.

I installed 36 Safeguard client. The installation is successful for all machines.
After one month, the status of 5 machines has been changed (it has appeared a red exclamation mark at the level of the Safeguard icon in the client without any modification at the level of Safguard Management Center.

  • If the same policy is being applied to these devices (use RSOP to confirm this in the console), and the users ARE logging on with the Sophos credential provider (with an Active Directory based account) then  possibly a re-install of the client may be in order?

    Can you provide any screenshots of the issues to help further? Can you confirm the client IS communicating with the server correctly for example?
