Certificate is not renewing

The user's certificate is checked to renew, however it is not renewing even though the user login and manually synchronized.

    Hello Hai Tran,

    are you still using SafeGuard version 6.10? There was an issue with the certificate renewal in that version.

    As a short term mitigation, if we´re just talking about one user, deleting the old user cert (not the user object) will also generate a new one the next time the user logs on, assuming that the communication with the backend is working properly.

    Thanks for the reply.  No, we are using 7.00.2.23.  Finally got Sophos to do a remote session and they fixed the issue. My database was full of events and I could not purge it through the Management console.  They had to clear it in the SQL database.  The server is running smoother now.
