Hello as HelpDesk I have to do all recovery things in Sophos but unfortunately first time when I wanted to do C/R recovery I can't find the key, it's empty as you will see in attached image.Unfortunately windows failed to boot so it is impossible to login or even manage anything. In management center I see that drive is encrypted and key is assigned to computer but it's not visible in winpe. Is there any way to access this drive to copy files?
