Workstation is locked!

Hello guys,

 

I have a user's computer that is saying Workstation is locked.

 

I have reviewed other forum posts and got the advice to complete the password challenge by following the below URL:

However, this does let the user and any other user (ie the domain admin) log onto the computer and get past the POA, however this turns out to be only a temporary fix. When I shutdown or restart the computer, the same issue occurs and I have to go through the process again.

 

Surely I shouldn't have to complete the password challenge process every time the computer starts up? Is there a more permanent fix I could do?

 

Any advice would be great. I have looked at other forum posts, and all other forum posts suggest this process but this does not work for me so hopefully someone will be able to help :-)
