Encrypted PDF Template won't save

We were on a trial version of the Sophos Email Appliance. Our trial expired and I could not edit the Encrypted PDF Template that I created. I could go through all the settings and make changes but the Save button would not do anything. We have since gotten the licensed version installed and I still cannot edit that template. I have even removed it and tried to create a new one and it still will not let me save it. Anyone know how to fix this?

I've just been through the same thing, I'll take a guess that you were trying to modify the sophos template.
From SPX Encryption tab, there's an option to add a template, when you go back through the process you'll see the option to save is now there.

The UI/UX could do with a little review in this regard, as it's an easy one to miss.

To confirm, are you able to click Add to create a new template and proceed through all the tabs and then click save?

If yes, open the same template again and please let me know if the "save" button is greyed out?

Sorry, I didn't respond again sooner, using a different web browser from IE 11 I was able to modify the template.
