difference between UTM and Email appliance?

There's just a couple differences I can think of.
The UTM has an additional anti-virus engine, Avira, that can be used, whereas the email appliance only has Sophos anti-virus.
The email appliance does, however, support our Delay Queue feature for detecting snowshoe spam.

In utm email appliance where can i check the log, in mail manager? or any other way. coz i want check any outgoing email
