Sophos hold all sent out mail at mail queue.

Our Sophos all sent out mail suddenly queue at mail queue All mail show Pre-Filter deferred, we have retry , problem still occur., please help solve it asap.

Try restarting the appliance. If it doesn't work, contact support. It is a known issue.
