Hello all,
I'm experiencing an issue with our email filter appliance. I have at least one user whose emails are stuck in a queue on the appliance with a status of "Pre-filter deferred". They never get delivered and I cannot not seem to be able to do anything to release them. At this time, she can receive no external emails. I do have a support ticket open but I am not getting timely responses and there seems to be a high volume of calls at Sophos. I am wondering if this is due to a recent update sent out last Tuesday and if other people are having similar issues. If so, what was the resolution?
