Sophos Outlook Add-In immediately creates draft item

Hi,

 

Last week we implemented the Sophos Outlook Add-In for Spam Report functionality in Outlook 2016 (version: 16.0.4639.1000).

Since then, when users create a New E-Mail, Outlook immediately creates a draft of the E-Mail. This does not happen when we disable the Sophos Outlook Add-In.

 

Is it possible to fix this, or is this by design? It is very annoying for our users.

    Hi, i have just implemented the plugin and we are experiencing the same problem (version 1.3.4).

    We have already instructed our users to use the buttons so I don't want to disable the plugin again.
    Is there already a solution for this? Every new mail creates a draft item.
