We're having trouble creating an account for one of our clients from Tripla. The client purchased a license to use Sophos Central, and we're trying to create the account using the email provided, which is Sophos.endpoint@institutodds.org.
We've completed the email account validation steps, but when we try to log in, we get a message saying that the email or password is incorrect. We've already tried resetting the password several times, but the issue still persists. Could you please take a look?
