My company recently took over a client from a tech who passed away.
I am looking to reset the PIN, I have access to the password and email tied to the account. I can get the confirmation code but
I do not have the pin. The cell phone isn't an option since the tech has been dead for several months.
I need to do this to uninstall Endpoint and get the removal password.
