data (pass and users of the UTM

I would like to know what data I have to request from the former IT person in charge of managing Sophos UTM (XG 115). What passwords and users do I have to request and what other data? 

Today I have a new client with this UTM and just today I started the SOPHOS course for the first time, and I want to make sure that I ask for all the data correctly so that the client does not have problems.

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.

    You would only need the Admin password for WebAdmin, and once you get it I'd recommend you to change it as well as the passwords for SSH access. If for some reason they don't provide you with the passwords, you can follow this KB on how to reset the Admin and Shell access passwords.

    I would ask for any backup, if there’s none, I'd create one as soon as I get access to the UTM, you can follow this KB on how to create one.

    And I'd probably ask for a Network Diagram and any special type of NAT  rules configured.

    As well as any special email address, where they might be receiving any type of report/alerts, etc.
