Facebook videos

Hi

We have got Sophos WS 500 web applicance. Facebook videos are not working even if we give user the full access to everything.

    "The video you requested can not be loaded. please try again later". message appears on video. All other streaming videos are working fine. there is problem only on facebook videos. even youtube video which are linked on facebook are fine.
