Factory Reset WS100?

Hi,

I have a used WS100 to sell, does anyone know how to run a factory reset on it?

Would the new user have to buy a new license or would that remain on the web appliance?

    Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community!

    You would need to check the licensing with your Account Manager and/or Licensing team, as far as I know, the license stays on the appliance, but the license would need to be transferred to the new account.

    As per the Factory Reset it isn’t possible to Factory Reset, so you would need to restore a blank config to the device.
