Some customers are reporting their Sophos Web Appliance hanging when upgrading to v4.3.7.
The last step during the upgrade is to performs a data update. In some cases, this data update does not finish and causes the upgrade to pause until the unit is restarted. Restarting the Sophos Web Appliance and performing the upgrade again should return the device to normal operation.
Development is planning to resolve this issue in future releases.
