Update problem from 9.319-5 to U2D Package 9.355 / 9.375-5 on SG105

Hi all

First post for me. I am about to upgrade my SG 105 from 9.319-5 to 9.4 Beta (9.355 or 9.373-5). I added first the beta 2 license key, then I uploaed the 9.355 package manually. I then trigger the upgrade, but  the upgrade fails and I see the following errors:

Same error happens if I upload the 9.370024-375005 package.

Advice appreciated.

    Maurice,

    You need to be running 9.355-01 in order to install the beta. Update your box via the normal Up2Date process to get to 9.355 and then you will be able to upload the 9.355 to 9.375 beta package.

    Thanks for the quick help. I see the 9.355-1 package, but when I click on "Update to latest version now" it fails at 7% (Pre-installation checks).

    My typical course of action in this case would be to grab the hardware ISO and reinstall the firmware from scratch. I am not a Linux expert so reinstalling is usually faster for me than trying to correct the issue.
