How to check the latest available firmware release for AP's?

Is there a way to check what the latest available firmware version is for AP's? Im having trouble wit my wireless network and i want to check if my AP's are running the latest firmware.

Currently i have:

AP55C: 9400-wifi-577bf73-2508ece

AP30: 9400-wifi-21aa23f-2508ece

Thanks for your reply Bianson,

That thread is have read, and thats how i found out my own firmware version. The question was; is there any way to see if those firmware versions are the latest one. In other words, are my AP's running the latest firmware.

We have had a lot of issues with our 55C on 2.4 networks. Users on 5Ghz seem fine.
