WPA2 Personal - AES Passphrase Length Restrictions?

I'm setting up a Wireless Network on my new SG125 with an AP55 for the first time:

When using the Encryption Mode "WPA2 Personal" and then selecting AES for the encryption algorithm under the "Advanced" section, what is the maximum number of characters that can be used (processed successfully) for the Passphrase/PSK?

I would like to be able to use something as long and as random as possible.
