Wireless User Authenication

I have been using the UTM for years and I am now looking into the wireless features of the product. I am trying to figure out if the added expense to upgrade our license to include the wireless security is justified.  Currently we have regular access points that provide wireless access to our employees.  We allow our employees to have local admin rights on their laptops.  By doing this they have access to view the wireless key.  They then use the key on their own devices.  This causes a whole host of problems.

With the Sophos wireless license, what are my options to limit the access to certain devices?  I don't consider MAC filtering as an option.  It is to hard to admin.   Also is it possible for them to  authenticate to our AD for wireless access?

any insight would be helpful.

thanks.

David.
