Prevent mobile devices from connecting to certain SSID

Is is possible to prevent mobile devices from connecting to our company SSID?

We have a company SSID that authenticates over RADIUS and we have a guest-wifi on separate zone.

We want every mobile device to use the guest-wifi, but some users are entering their logon credentials on the other network and can connect.
I can of course create MAC-black lists, but I don't consider it good practice to keep on looking for new MAC-addresses to add to the list.

I don't know of a way, except maybe to issue client certificates to the allowed devices.
