Wasn’t sure if this is something that can be done, and if so I’m not really sure on how to go about it. We have two networks in our office. One is our company network, the other is for our showroom (High end home theaters.) Currently they’re completely separate networks. I was going to move the showroom over to one of the ports on the Sophos piece and create it’s own network. I understand all of that, but my question is about the APs.
We’d like to have the separate wired networks, and have a Sophos AP on each side. With the APs, between bridging, VLAN, or anything else is it possible to have both APs have 2 SSIDS (XWAP, XSHOWROOM)while they’re wired to 2 different LAN ports on the UTM and if we are on either AP on the XWAP we can access the business side alternatively if we’re on the business side AP connect to XSHOWROOM and access the showroom resources.
If that makes sense?
